Deloitte Digital and the CX Collective presents: AI powered CX

Connect in our Techweek panel, discussing limits and possibilities of Generative AI for enhanced customer and citizen experience

AI is seemingly everywhere, but is it living up to its promise of augmenting the human experience? Beyond chatbots, personalised content and report writing, what is the potential of generative AI to shift the way we design, deliver & measure Customer and Citizen Experiences for a diverse set of audiences? What changes do organisations need to make to leverage this new technology, and where do experience and service design practitioners need to upskill to ensure they continue to lead their craft as well as the outcomes for the customers and communities they care about?

This event is a collaboration between Deloitte Digital and the CX Collective.

The CX Collective is Aotearoa New Zealand's industry network for experience and service design professionals. Together, we work to shift organisations further towards customer. With over 200+ members across 40+ organisations, our vibrant community provides fun and safe spaces for mutual learning, connecting with peers and growing impactful design practices.

Deloitte Digital combines the discipline of Deloitte with the power of creativity to support our clients through human-centred digital transformation. With a mission to improve the human experience through innovative technology, Deloitte Digital helps organisations harness the power of AI to design, deliver, and measure exceptional customer and citizen experiences. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and understanding customer needs and values, Deloitte Digital enables businesses to stay ahead in today's rapidly changing digital landscape.
